NCEH1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCEH1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCEH1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with NCEH1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCEH1-to-partner and partner-to-NCEH1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MEK1 grouped by NCEH1-low versus NCEH1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCEH1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCEH1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
