Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCEH1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,016 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCEH1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macrophage fusion, Positive regulation of macrophage fusion, and Regulation of proteolysis. Each is linked with NCEH1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCEH1-to-partner and partner-to-NCEH1 results are reported.
