NCDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,452 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCDN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, KIF13A_S1287, and BCL3_S41. Each is linked with NCDN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCDN-to-partner and partner-to-NCDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCDN versus RRBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
