Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCDN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, p27_pT198, and c-Jun_pS73. Each is linked with NCDN in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCDN-to-partner and partner-to-NCDN results are reported.
