Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 804 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP14, KIF25, and PSMD9. Each is linked with NCDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCDN-to-partner and partner-to-NCDN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, USP14 grouped by NCDN-low versus NCDN-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
