Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NCCRP1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NCCRP1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher NCCRP1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCCRP1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, SCLC, and LGG are the cancer types where NCCRP1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
