NCCRP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCCRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,900 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCCRP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CLIP1, A2ML1, and KRT13. Each is linked with NCCRP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCCRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCCRP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCCRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCCRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
