Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCCRP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,003 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCCRP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are A2ML1, SPNS2, and PTGES. Each is linked with NCCRP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCCRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCCRP1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCCRP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCCRP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
