Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCCRP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,388 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCCRP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are NMDA selective glutamate receptor signaling pathway, Protein stabilization, and Response to indole-3-methanol. Each is linked with NCCRP1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCCRP1-to-partner and partner-to-NCCRP1 results are reported.
