NCBP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,866 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCBP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRK, YWHAE, and METTL16. Each is linked with NCBP3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP3-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCBP3 versus CRK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
