Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,288 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are DHX33, YWHAE, and GLOD4. Each is linked with NCBP3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP3-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCBP3 versus DHX33 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
