NCBP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCBP3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,665 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCBP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR5591, LINC02536, and RN7SKP181. Each is linked with NCBP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP3-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR5591 grouped by NCBP3-low versus NCBP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCBP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCBP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
