Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCBP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,139 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCBP3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are snRNA export from nucleus, Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Positive regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II. Each is linked with NCBP3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCBP3-to-partner and partner-to-NCBP3 results are reported.
