NCAPH

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 27,529 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLD1, PRIM2, and RFC2. Each is linked with NCAPH in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPH-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAPH versus POLD1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.71.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPH→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
