Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAPH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPH-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFRC, 4E-BP1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with NCAPH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPH-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPH results are reported.
