Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAPH RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,767 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPH-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of mitotic sister chromatid separation, Mitotic nuclear division, and Regulation of cell cycle checkpoint. Each is linked with NCAPH in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPH-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPH results are reported.
