NCAPG2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAPG2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,749 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAPG2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SART3, MAPKAPK5, and UNG. Each is linked with NCAPG2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPG2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPG2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAPG2 versus SART3 in LIVER, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAPG2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAPG2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
