Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NCAPD3 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NCAPD3 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher NCAPD3 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NCAPD3 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
DLBC, UCEC, and KICH are the cancer types where NCAPD3 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
