Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAPD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,694 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCAPD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CILP2, VHLL, and PPRC1. Each is linked with NCAPD3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPD3-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAPD3 versus CILP2 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.
