The most reproducible NCAPD3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Beta-arrestin-dependent dopamine receptor signaling pathway, Sodium ion transmembrane transport, and Polyol biosynthetic process. Each is linked with NCAPD3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAPD3-to-partner and partner-to-NCAPD3 results are reported.
