NCAN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,405 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCT5, PLK1, and CHAF1A. Each is linked with NCAN in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAN-to-partner and partner-to-NCAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCT5 grouped by NCAN-low versus NCAN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
