NCAN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAN mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 7,025 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAN-associated genes across cancer lineages are DIP2C, MEGF8, and ATP10B. Each is linked with NCAN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAN-to-partner and partner-to-NCAN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DIP2C grouped by NCAN-low versus NCAN-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAN→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
