NCAM2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAM2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,077 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAM2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP1R12C, EHD2, and GSN. Each is linked with NCAM2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAM2 versus PPP1R12C in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
