NCAM2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAM2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,415 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC4C, NAV3, and RASSF2. Each is linked with NCAM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAM2 versus LRRC4C in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
