NCAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 69 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and c-Kit. Each is linked with NCAM2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by NCAM2-low versus NCAM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
