NCAM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Myeloma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRM2, PTCHD1, and CA6. Each is linked with NCAM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM2-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRM2 grouped by NCAM2-low versus NCAM2-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
