NCAM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,566 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ITSN1, NCAM1_T798, and PURA. Each is linked with NCAM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAM1 versus ITSN1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
