Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,895 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCAM1-AS1, DCLK1, and ATRNL1. Each is linked with NCAM1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NCAM1 versus NCAM1-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
