Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,089 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPN, PATL1, and SKA1. Each is linked with NCAM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPN grouped by NCAM1-low versus NCAM1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NCAM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NCAM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
