Across TCGA patient cohorts, NCAM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NCAM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Chk1. Each is linked with NCAM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM1 results are reported.
