Across TCGA cell cohorts, NCAM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,313 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NCAM1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of semaphorin-plexin signaling pathway, Regulation of myoblast fusion, and Negative regulation of myoblast fusion. Each is linked with NCAM1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NCAM1-to-partner and partner-to-NCAM1 results are reported.
