NBR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,176 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PIP4K2B, MTHFD2, and NPEPPS. Each is linked with NBR1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBR1-to-partner and partner-to-NBR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
