NBPF9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,263 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCOR3, RPRD2, and CHAMP1. Each is linked with NBPF9 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF9-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBPF9 versus RCOR3 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
