Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,832 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBPF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-131P, HPRT1P2, and SLC29A4P1. Each is linked with NBPF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF9-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-131P grouped by NBPF9-low versus NBPF9-high in SARC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
