Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF9 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, ATM, and PCNA. Each is linked with NBPF9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF9-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF9 results are reported.
