Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NBPF7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NBPF7 data layer compared with 16 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher NBPF7 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NBPF7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ACC are the cancer types where NBPF7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
