Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 558 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBPF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01654, RNU6-751P, and RNA5SP422. Each is linked with NBPF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF7-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
