NBPF4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → IMMUNEPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF4 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD8+ T-cells and Tregs. Each is linked with NBPF4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF4-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
