NBPF4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBPF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,231 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NBPF6, OR1C1, and HENMT1. Each is linked with NBPF4 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF4-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
