Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBPF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,649 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation, Negative regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, and Cytoskeleton-dependent cytokinesis. Each is linked with NBPF3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF3-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF3 results are reported.
