Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,152 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to nucleus, Late endosome to vacuole transport, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with NBPF26 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF26-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF26 results are reported.
