Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 31 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBPF26-associated genes across cancer lineages are CLUHP5, OR5AC1, and MTATP6P29. Each is linked with NBPF26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF26-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CLUHP5 grouped by NBPF26-low versus NBPF26-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF26→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
