Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBPF26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,247 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome cycle, RNA export from nucleus, and Heterochromatin organization. Each is linked with NBPF26 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF26-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF26 results are reported.
