The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NBPF15 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NBPF15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUSC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LUSC, and SKCM are the cancer types where NBPF15 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
