NBPF15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,865 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF15-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLCG2, RBM12B_S280, and RO60. Each is linked with NBPF15 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF15-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBPF15 versus PLCG2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
