Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,005 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NBPF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-17P, RNU6-13P, and RNY4P9. Each is linked with NBPF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF15-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-17P grouped by NBPF15-low versus NBPF15-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
