NBPF15

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBPF15 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,242 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are NBPF9, NBPF20, and CEP164. Each is linked with NBPF15 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF15-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF15 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBPF15 versus NBPF9 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.61.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF15→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
