The most reproducible NBPF15-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Regulation of protein sumoylation, and Nucleic acid transport. Each is linked with NBPF15 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF15-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF15 results are reported.
