Across TCGA cell cohorts, NBPF15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF15-associated genes across cancer lineages are LHCGR, PRLHR, and LMX1A. Each is linked with NBPF15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF15-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF15 results are reported.
