NBPF14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NBPF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,575 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NBPF14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL3A1, NOS1AP, and C1S. Each is linked with NBPF14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NBPF14-to-partner and partner-to-NBPF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NBPF14 versus COL3A1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NBPF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→NBPF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
